This year, Rancho Christian Preschool celebrates over 30 years of early education excellence in the Temecula Valley. With a combined 222 years of teaching experience, our teachers are living examples of serving as Jesus’ hands and feet with our children. Graduates of Rancho Christian Preschool are prepared for the next step in the educational journey and confident in their future. Young lives full of potential are nurtured, challenged and loved.

Qualifications

  • Education – All employees meet the education requirements to work at a state licensed preschool. Ongoing staff training is provided through attendance at professional conventions, guest speakers and in-service training. As an accredited preschool, all employees are required to earn 12 professional growth hours per year.

  • Criminal Clearance Check – All employees at Rancho Christian Preschool and the surrounding campuses must submit fingerprints to be cleared through the California Department of Justice in Sacramento.

  • Mandated Reporter Training - Certificate of training every two years.

  • CPR/First Aid Trained – Rancho Christian Preschool employees are trained in CPR and basic pediatrics first aid every two years. Other employees are trained in pediatric preventative health.

  • Medical – All employees at Rancho Christian Preschool must have a health certificate that has been certified by a practicing physician, and be free from any limitations which would prevent him/her from caring for children under their supervision. All staff meets the required immunizations of MMR, TDAP, TB and Flu.

Preschool Director - Mrs. Mindy Silberman

Mrs. Silberman joined Rancho Christian Preschool in August of 2015. Previously, she was the Preschool Director for Heritage Learning Center, and a Pre-K teacher at Calvary Chapel Christian Preschool in Murrieta from 2012-2014. Mrs. Silberman was also the Preschool Manager at Las Brisas Christian Schools in Murrieta for 2 years, and served as a teacher at all grade levels (Jr. Kindergarten through 6th Grade), as well as the staff & office manager during her time there from 1998-2011.

Mrs. Silberman has her Bachelor's degree from Cal State University Northridge and her Early Education Site Supervisor Permit from the State of California. She has two grown children: Amy, who works for an Orange County marketing firm and Matt, who coaches baseball and teaches at Mt. San Antonio College in Walnut. Mrs. Silberman's husband, Steve, is a retired teacher and coach.

Mrs. Silberman's favorite Bible verse is:  Jeremiah 29:11 "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."
